Delivery Guide

The delivery options for each product are listed on the relevant product pages. Each product is sent to you directly by the small business that created, designed or selected it – our Sellers. They choose their delivery options from the Delivery Guide (below).

Express Delivery	1 business day from dispatch.	£4.99 per Seller.*
Non-Standard Products	Delivery times for non-standard products vary. Please see below for more information.	Delivery price varies for non-standard products. Please refer to the checkout page.

 

*Multiple products of similar size and weight from the same Seller won’t increase the delivery price. Please check the delivery price at checkout if ordering multiple products from the same Seller.

By purchasing an item you agree to the stated delivery date. In the event of any change, you’ll be notified of a revised delivery date by email.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Estimated delivery dates are stated on product pages and at checkout, and are estimated from dispatch.

The Seller includes details of delivery times on the relevant product page and will confirm estimated dispatch after your order has been placed.

Please contact the Seller by using the contact link on your order confirmation email, if you require further information on orders you have already placed. More information on how to do this can be found here.

In the case of any delays caused by exceptional circumstances, such as postal strikes or extreme weather, the Seller will contact you and, where appropriate, agree a revised delivery date with you. 

Promotional Codes

If you take advantage of a promotional code, the discount is applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery price. Any free delivery offers refer to UK standard delivery only.

Non-Standard Products

A non-standard product is something that’s considered to be fragile, perishable, high value, large, heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements. For these products, the above costs won’t apply – you’ll find the delivery price on the product page.

 

International Delivery

International delivery is available for many products, and is displayed on the product page and at checkout. Click here for products eligible for international delivery (ensure correct delivery zone filter is selected).

REST OF WORLD Everywhere else	5-10 business days from dispatch.

Import Duties and Customs

Deliveries to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in the purchase price. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
